Just got mine. Installed it in less than 15 mins. Box looked brand new everything was in there and sealed. Great buy!

Installed my camera, but apparently it was previously setup on someone else’s account. It takes 15 days to transfer ownership, so try to activate your camera before you install. I hope the previous owner is enjoying the view of my driveway.

I just got it installed. It’s missing the QR code and pin number sticker that’s supposed to be on the back of it so I cannot set it up. Ring customer service had no way to activate it either. There a QR code that works in the manual, but no pin.
So hopefully woot refunds me despite being past the 90 days. Kinda ridiculous there absolutely no way to set it up without the pin that is only in one spot and obviously falls off
