This price is ridiculous.

While I don’t disagree, there are several different brands of these things and they all seem to be priced around this level (some even higher). They’re good but not “a dollar each” good. I don’t know how they justify it, but somehow these companies stay in business. I bet if someone could make a clone of these for say $0.30 cents each they could make a killing.

Stroopwafels, which are basically the same thing and you would never know the difference in a taste test, are $26.72 for four boxes of eight (32 total cookies). https://www.amazon.com/Daelmans-Stroopwafels-Wafers-Hexa-Ounce/dp/B01ITYGFHA/

Both Stroopwafels and Rip Van Wafels are sometimes given out on airplanes by American Airlines (maybe others too - I have only ever had them on American). They are both very tasty and I like them, but this is a lot to pay for them. I have no idea what they cost if you are in Europe, though I imagine it is a lot less.

or $15 for 40 pieces of stroopwafels at costco. even sprouts sells honey stingers for 99 cents or less each!

Actually cheaper with one day shipping if you only get one flavor. https://www.amazon.com/Rip-Wafels-Non-GMO-Caramel-Vanilla/dp/B073FPZ61K?th=1

What a load of garbage… these are $3 for 12 at ALDI’s or LIDL. Woot is supposed to be about deals not about scamming people with price gouging. Get y’alls $hit together. Get it all together and put in a backpack.

Reporting in. ~3.99 for 8 at nearby Walmart.

i have a bag on the shelf right now. My jaw hit the floor when I saw this one!!

I actually saw them at Walmart the other day. I want to say it was $4 and change for a 12-pack.
