These are great on IOS but substandard on Android. They don’t pair well with Samsung and just don’t work as well as they do on an iPhone. My wife and her sister both use one. My wife loves it with the iPhone her sister is looking to sell it because of the issues with the Android.

I recently bought the soleus Go! Fitness band and it was malfunctioning from the get go. If this is any better, i would rather get the fitbit. #mytwocents

“Water Resistant - but not intended for water sports”

Aww, piss.

Does anyone know what the charger is like on this? The charger on the Soleus Go is the worst feature. If it’s the same here, it’s a deal breaker.

My wife and I don’t know much about these. She doesn’t have a smart phone and I have the world’s first smart phone.

Do these function just with a computer or do you need to have an iphone/android?

We would be fine just checking our progress once a day on a computer. Is that doable? We have windows 7 and windows 8 OS if it would matter.

I bought one of these the last time WOOT had them and I have to say “you get what you pay for”. These are cheap knockoffs. iPhone app leaves a lot to be desired and it only lasted 3 months before it start resetting every day which caused it to drain my iPhone battery. Vibrate for incoming text messages is a nice feature, but others have it as well. Again, you get what you pay for.

Looks like the charger matches the one on the Go. I’m not crazy about the charger, but I’m no longer as frustrated with it as I was originally. I leave the charger plugged into a port. That way the display lights up as soon as I have the Go connected correctly.

There is no Windows version of the software, so it’s nice to have a smartphone. With my Go, I can change all the settings from the band itself. It’s just easier with an app, plus the app stores more data that the device itself does.

so which product would you recommend?
