I have filled out the form 3 times now and haven’t received any confirmation emails which I assume means something is not making it to you?
No, our email system doesn’t return a confirmation.
You should receive a response in 24-48 hours, often sooner. Make sure you check those spam folders as we often end up there.
Sounds like it’s been longer than that so I’ll send CS a note.
