Do any of these enclosures support SSDs with permanent heat sinks?
Most of these external enclosures are built to be protective, as well as provide heat dissipation - Not really targeted for use with SSDs with integrated heat sinks, which are typically more for internal use. I’m not aware of any specific products that are meant to take an m.2 internal drive and use it externally except in this manner.
That said, I have this model with an external drive for my PlayStation, and it works really well with the provided thermal pads.
