I will never buy a Rosetta Stone product after all the shady stuff they’ve pulled in the past with their whole “licensing” model. The rep seems to be claiming that it’s better now, which I have no reason to doubt*, but they’ve lost my (potential for) business permanently and it looks like they’ve been up to the same dirty deeds as recently as 3 years ago.

**Actually, I just found a link of them pulling the same crap on somebody selling a SEALED copy as recently as a year and a half ago (and I haven’t searched very hard), so I do doubt that they aren’t still up to the same old thing:
