Bought this from woot recently. This thing is a nightmare. Louder than a military helicopter on a combat mission. Even on the low setting. These “refurbished” ones must be from the junk pile with everything inside rattling like crazy. Unusable. Trying to dump mine on craiglist right now to recover a few dollars.

Hi there. Sorry you’re unhappy with it. Did you contact Woot customer service at the time? You have a one-year warranty with Rowenta. You should talk to them to see if it’s out of the ordinary.
