I got lucky with one of those looks-like-one-but-turns-out-to-be-three things twice, so I got 18 instead of 6 and have to calm things down!

I purchased one of these, but it still hasnāt arrived. I have emailed CS, but wondered if anyone else was having a problem. I have a tracking number, which showed delayed for a while, in Baltimore but two days ago, it was at a location not too far away from me here in Texas. However, when I enter the tracking number I now get the response āSorry, we canāt find the status of your tracking number. Please verify your tracking number and try again.ā
Looking in the magic 1 ball, I think you may get it today. Donāt hold me to that but thatās what Iām seeing via other avenues.

Flipping the tool shelf down is tricky, you have to pull out the two locking levers, then push the shelf down.
Closing the stepladder is actually so easy, just lean it a little towards you, flip the release tab, then close with my foot on the step of the near leg and living UP on the step with the tab. Back leg (furthest from you) just swings in. Watch out where your fingers are! (I hold it with my left hand above the hinge next to kittyās head, and right hand on the top step with the tab.)
With a little practice you can open and close like a pro. Dang, I was tempted to buy one for upstairs, I shoulda.

I think I got the hang of it. I like the handy dandy little candy container tucked under the shelf. Great for putting candy in.
Mine didnāt come with a handy dandy container (several years ago). Dang! Can your cat show us?
