Hi, I FINALLY received my samsung galaxy note 5 yesterday( i was so excited) that was purchased 2/28/20. I understand that it was bought on a s&d basis, so of course I expected some reasonable wear and tear, however, I found a very noticeable crack in the back glass near the camera lens as well as on the front screen with some weird discoloration. The front issues aren’t actually on the part of the screen that you see stuff on/use but it’s there, and ugly nonetheless. I guess my question is whether or not this is a normal or acceptable s&d phone purchase? Thank You for any insight you can give me!
It’s hard to say. S&D varies from phone to phone. Any scratches and dents should not interfere with phone function.
However, if you’re unhappy with the phone, reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
