I bought one of these in September and it kept turning off on me and would not turn back on. I contacted Samsung they said that they did not refurbish the monitor and that it was out of warranty. Samsung then told me to contact Woot. When I contacted Woot, they told me to deal with Samsung.
After many phone calls, Samsung finally agreed to repair it. Of course, you can’t call Woot, so they were not of much help.
I like the monitor, but you might want to stay away from this one as it will be a real hassle if you have any problems with it.
