Just found this same monitor on Costco.com for $30 more brand new.

Was going to comment this same thing. If you know someone that is a member, you can just have them order it for you. Not only will a new one be only $30 more, but you’ll probably get it faster.

Woot is generally pretty great, but this is a terrible price for this monitor.

Just got my shipment and it’s not the right monitor. I was sent a lc32f397fwnxza. Not UHD. Anyone else have this issue? I have contacted Woot and waiting for a reply… :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Ugh, that sucks. CS should be able to help you.

I actually just ordered one of these from CostCo today…

Yes, same thing happened to me. I got mine today and was setting it up and I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get it to display at 3840 x 2160. Checked the model # in the setting and realized it was different. I just checked here and I’m about to contact support.

I have the same issue, wrong model was sent “C32F397FWN” and it’s only HD/1080p not UHD/4K. Reached out to customer service…

The same model that was mailed to me is available on Amazon refurbed for $200.

Ditto on the C32F397FWN. Humped this thing all the way to a job site before I figured it out as well.

Same thing here just arrived UPS and it’s not the right monitor. I was sent a LC32F397FWNXZA. Not a UHD LU32R591CWNXZA. So I seems like more than a few people received the wrong merchandise. The lack of mini DP on the back clued me in to check.

Still haven’t heard back from customer support.

I also was sent a LC32F397FWNXZA, not a UHD LU32R591CWNXZA.

I knew right away it wasn’t the same one since there was the same deal 2 weeks ago and I was purchasing a matching one to go with the one I already got. The deal page was identical, save for a $279 price.

I figured ok, $20 more for the same monitor is fair. So, I ordered one and then told my colleague about what a great deal it was an how much I liked the monitor. He then bought two of them and also received 2 of the wrong product.

Someone really screwed up and misrepresented the product and has damaged Woot’s reputation with me and many others. I don’t want a refund, I want the product I ordered and was promised.

COME ON WOOT, MAKE THIS RIGHT!

@davejlives not sure if you can help but I figured I’d tag you since TT is out.

Or maybe @lioncow can help?

Hi all – Sorry for the mix-up. I have asked the vendor management team about this offer. It was shipped directly from the vendor; sounds like they shipped the wrong ones. Will reply back here when we know more!

an email would have been nice. I spent an hour trying to figure out what was wrong with the monitor.

Same issue here native HD only … spent a while troubleshooting with cables etc. and then checked the model number. No U to be found…Bummer. Hope it gets sorted out.
