Does this model rotate from the base?
Sorry, no rotating.
Openbox doesnt mean it should arrive with damage from being stupidly opened previously.
My tv arrived and before it even came out of the box I knew why it was returned. Previous purchaser must have removed the tv from its original box by lifting the tv by its frame at the top. In doing so, flexing the frame and pulling the screen from the tv. My screen now shows two tabs that are supposed to hold the screen in, but are outside of the frame AND broken.
How does this go unnoticed? Before its out of the box I can see this. Is this part of the Amazon side?
I’m very sorry. Please use the Woot Customer Service form for assistance.
FYI: This wasn’t an open box item.
Ha! Customer assistance?
I now have to drive to and pay another company to print out a return label, so i can return the tv THAT WAS BROKEN BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED.
Thanks sarcastically for offering me $30 to keep a broken tv. Is that how you train customer service reps on how to get rid of bad product? Effin shame on you, very sad.
Sad. Sad. Sad. I will be deleting my account when I get my money back.
Amazon ruined woot.
So pissed…
‘Refurbished’, youre right.
This should be a step above openbox.
In addition to offering returns, we generally do offer customers the option of a discount if they want to keep the product. The choice is yours.
Again, I’m sorry for the problem with the TV.
