any reason to be concerned that my shipment has been in TX for 4 days with no updates?
I wouldn’t yet. UPS has been very inconsistent in doing package scans for the last few months.
ok - so monitor arrived today. Doesn’t appear to be any dead pixels but I have horizontal lines spaced perfectly spaced apart. I have tried changing from DP to HDMI, changed cables, resolutions, updating my firmware etc. How do I resolve please?
