The rebate fine print says
The only date my receipt shows is 1/5/11 and 30 days would be 2/4/11. Hence postmarked by 2/3/11 to be “within” 30 days. That how I calculated the 12 days.
I just received my three headsets this afternoon. Charged one and it linked immediately with my iPhone 4. Works like a champ! Absolutely one of my best Woots. Here’s hoping the rebate process goes smoothly.
I’m totally being anal on this one, but I gotta make sure I’m doing this right…
The rebate form step #3 calls for a receipt from woot.com with the product purchase circled. There was no packing slip or receipt in the package I received. Does that mean I can just print the confirmation email? or do I print the confirmation page from the “my account” section on woot? or should wait for a separate receipt to be mailed to me from woot?
I bought it but don’t know where to find the rebate form.

I’ll do a public reply in case this helps other people as well.
I bought these samsung headsets and did the rebate last time woot had these. Since woot rarely (if ever) includes a packing slip or invoice receipt, just go to the “my account” section, click the “samsung Bluetooth…” product name, and then click “click here to view your receipt.”
And that’s it! Print one of these out for each headset rebate you’re sending in (each requires it’s own rebate form, envelope and stamp).
Of course, if I am in error and just got lucky last time, please someone correct me. But this should work this time as well, as the Samsung rebate processing center should be expecting that printed woot receipt that I said above to print.

Can I use my name on both rebate forms, or is it one per customer? I know it’s 3 per household, but do they have to each be for different household members?
According to the rebate sheet here, it seems to be fine. There is no “limit one per person” or anything, just the 3-per-household limit. That and I did this last time Woot had these Samsung headset rebates, and I put my name down on all three. Sure enough, later received three Visa cards at $20 each, all addressed to me.
But, be sure to carefully read over the terms yourself to make sure Samsung doesn’t get the opportunity to deny you your rebate due to something silly. For example, each headset needs its own printed rebate form, receipt, envelope, and stamp. I also noticed they ask you to print IN CAPITAL LETTERS, another potentially anal thing to reject a rebate form over.
