Is the earpiece (the loop) switchable so that it can be worn on either ear?
I was wondering about the actual rebate, not the form.

hmmm intersting… I like these when they’re small, but I never seem to get good sound from the smaller units.

with it getting mailed out snailmail, will it get to us in 30 days? so we can have enough time to mail in the rebate forms
so, in order to get the rebate, you have to mail in:
“1) Must submit downloaded pdf MIR form provided. Copies or duplications of completed form will not be accepted.
2) Must submit Original Part number/UPC label from Samsung Headset Box.
3) Must submit Receipt with valid product purchase circled.”
so you have to mail in the actual rebate form, the upc cutout, and a receipt. i assume the simple woot receipt printed out will work…
Pointing this out… Buy three for 18 bucks each, totals $54. Add in $5 for shipping, $59. That means with the three rebates you actually GAIN $1!
BUY THREE for a FREE DOLLAR, then sell the two you don’t want for even more!

I bought this in November after desperately trying to avoid wearing a bluetooth for as long as possible (to avoid looking as douchy as people usually do with them on).
I am very pleased with the purchase. It is comfortable, easy to set up, and works great.
Obviously, you can’t get a better deal either. I’m still waiting on the rebate but that’s typical.

I recently bought an ipod with 9 gift cards and 3 prepaid visa cards. I did feel bad for the folks waiting behind me.

Only issue is that if I am in a windy area the other person complains that I’m cutting out.
Works perfectly in house or car.
Haven’t experienced any discomfort from earpiece or hook.
Haven’t recieved rebate yet, but they assure me that it’s coming.
First, wanted to say these headsets are amazing. I bought a Jawbone Prime, got the WEP470 shortly after, & ended up returning the Jawbone because it wouldn’t stay in my ear right & the Samsung did. Sound is great from both sides of the conversation.
Regarding the rebates, I bought 3 of these on 10/26/2009 (the 1st time it was offered, as far as I know), received the 3 headsets not long after, then mailed in the rebates on 11/23/2009. No money yet, but at least the website says the forms were received 12/1/09. Under status is say: “Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing.”
I use this while at work almost every day. It picks up the bluetooth (and the call) very fast, so you don’t need to wear it all the time. When the call comes in, turn it on and it’ll pick up the call within 3 seconds.
Too bad you can’t…you can only buy one:((((((
How’s the noise cancellation on this? I drive a convertible and even with the top up I have a lot of noise while on the road.

There is a number to call on the back of the card that gives you choises. One of the choises is to transfer the balance on the cardto a specified bank account. So you would then get your money back without having to deal with the card.
Too good to pass up, even if if becomes a gift for someone else. Heck, even the prepaid VISA gift card could be “re-gifted” if desired.
