Samsung Galaxy Note9 128GB (Fully Unlocked)(S&D)

This can’t be advertised as an SM-N960U and then be ambiguous in the specs about which specs are with the phone. N960U and EMEA specs are mutually exclusive. Please correct the spec list to indicate that these are indeed US phones.

|PLATFORM|OS|Android 8.1 (Oreo), upgradable to Android 9.0 (Pie); One UI| (also upgradable to Android 10)
| |Chipset||

what does all this mean though? :confused:

It’s correct as is. We’re selling the US version so that’s the information you go by. The information is from Samsung.

Arrived with a hairline crack/fracture in the screen and no SIM card. Cannot activate. grr… ;( Not a total a total fail… but slightly disappointed. :frowning:

Hi there. SIM cards are not included. You can get that from your carrier.

Da…ng it! and the ‘S’ pen is stuck inside of it. ;(

Push it to see if it’s spring loaded?

If you end up wanting to return it, reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

By far my most disappointing purchase. I under stand it stated “scratch and dent” but for the price I expected much better quality from what I received. There is not a surface that is not dented. Every corner is dented and the screen also has fine scratches. I really expected more from Woot. I received a generic charger that does not have quick charger capability. This negates the stated functionality of the phone. Expensive lesson for me… Don’t order scratch and dent from Woot.

Mine made it 6 months… Huge disappointment!

Definitely NOT waterproof as listed. I had one very short accident. Immediately removed all hardware and it still killed the screen.
