Samsung Galaxy S10+ (NEW) (1TB) (Factory Unlocked)

Hey Woot, Help! I just received this today and while the shipping box was fine the phone box looked beaten up. When I opened the box they’re was nothing in it but a D cell battery. Someone obviously scammed this before it was shipped.


It’s also not even the right box, it’s a box for a 128 gig and not 1TB.

What can you do to fix this??

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

It would be a good idea to link them to your post with the pictures.

Thanks. Tried having them call me back but that just left me on hold with no one picking up.

Their phones don’t work that well and I don’t know if they work at all on the weekends.

Email has always worked for me. Make sure you check your spam folders though. You should hear back in 24-48 hours and if there’s a problem you can anyways post in here and someone on the staff can help.
