Interesting - how did you come to that conclusion? The specs listed include the Qualcomm 855.

For Sprint network, will not work on the 2g/3g network, which is still the bulk of the countrywide network.
Anyone interested in filing class action suit? Someone at woot really screwed up on this deal.
