Woot’s vendor is awful. My first order had a screen with a dead splotch of pixels surrounding the camera, and the replacement that I asked for (explicitly asking for a phone that had a functional screen) had another green dead splotch of pixels on the face of the screen. The screen is worth 300$ minimum to replace and hardly qualifies as a “scratch” or “dent”. The return process is annoying and requires a color printer if you dont want to deal with a messy return process. Save yourself the time and effort and find a website that uses vendor that isnt trying to offload defective screens.
