I bought an “unlocked” S8 from woot last summer but it wasnt unlocked and at&t refuses to unlock it.
WOOT SOLD ME A FRAUDULENT DEVICE.

No, I trusted woot and didnt need it at the time. Its wayy past 90 days at this point. Thus the limited bit**ing and instead a reasonably calm disclaimer.

I just got mine in the mail. It had cosmetic damage that was clearly visible from arms length on the charging port and when I tried to remove the sim card tray it was in two pieces. Horrible experience.

Oh no. Make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
