Hard pass here… anemic specs especially given Samsung bloat, it’s 3yrs old, the screen wasn’t all that great even 3yrs ago, and it’s stuck on Lollipop (5.1) which was a bad, bad release (battery issues galore, for instance).

If it was $49.95 I’d say go for it, but for 149.95 + only a 90 day warranty it’s a big nope.

Is this the correct price?

Same price or lower all over the place, so no need for links. Need to drop the price by $20

If anyone is interested.

Don’t get hung up on the model number past SM-T530N

16GB of available internal memory? You load three apps and take a photo and this thing will be full. I have to agree with the post about the Samsung Bloatware, Samsung makes Computer companies look like amateurs with preloaded Bloatware that can not be removed. Really hard pass on this one, I can hear it sucking all the way from my house.

More concerning for me is the 1.5G of RAM. Newer tabs have 4G of RAM. This thing is going to be REALLY slow, constantly swapping out.

For the exact same price, you can get a Fire HD 10 brand new - more RAM (2GB), faster processor (1.8 GHz quad-core), better display (1080p), and almost assuredly better battery life (as it’s not running on Android 5.1). Only advantage the GTab has is that you don’t have to sideload the Google Play Store onto it - but with how little internal storage it has, you’re probably not installing many apps anyway.

OK tablet, was great 3 years ago. Bear in mind THERE IS NO AMBIENT LIGHT SENSOR, there is no automatic brightness. What was Samsung thinking. I wouldn’t buy this for $80.
