Why doesn’t a limited 1 year warranty apply to these if they are new? Is this an international variant? It doesn’t appear to be since it is labeled as Verizon.
For various reasons Woot cannot guarantee the manufacturer will honor their warranty, so Woot provides their own.

Does anyone know if the Wi-Fi only model provides support for GPS, or does that necessitate usage of the Wi-Fi + Cellular model as is the case with iPads?
the Wi-Fi only model is indeed GPS-enabled.
