CAVEAT EMPTOR - The Watch 6 Classic I just got on Woot is used, not new (as the item page said it was).
I’m seeing what the Woot team can do (and expect that they will be great as always) but you might want to take a video when you open the box if you buy this. The watch I received didn’t have any obvious damage/blemishes but it was pretty clear that it was used. The box was old and dirty and was re-sealed with tape (and the back was on upside down). Bummer!!!
TL;DR - Based on my n = 1, this “new” watch may actually be used.

Thank you. I already submitted the help email before sending this. It’s not a huge deal, but definitely not meeting expectations at all.
If this watch was half the price and listed as “Refurbished” or whatever then that’s another story, but I thought I was getting a new one. I can get a used one on eBay for half what I paid.
I’m sure that the true issue is with whoever ESI is (who UPS said the package was being delivered from) and the only issue on the Woot side was taking this ESI seller at their word that these were indeed New watches.
