Snagged one of these last time around, not a single dead pixel.
Fantastic color and viewing angles as expected, but text is fuzzy if you’re close (as many reviews have noted) due to Samsung’s pixel format.
If you’re gaming, make sure to perform a firmware update (download here) and enable FreeSync in the monitor’s menu.
Great monitor for a decent price.
