Anyone know if these would work with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet? They do look the same as my tablet’s adapter & charging cable.

This cable is MicroUSB. You could look up a replacement cable for your Galaxy Tab and see what kind of connector it has.
I had bought a used Tab S with no charger, but I have the ones that are up for sale… they work great and charge at max, even my other devices benefit from it.
