The BEST TV I have ever owned, by far, “Q” as far as the TV goes means Quantum Dot (REALLY TINY LEDs that generate the picture) as compared to the much grainier, lower definition standard LED set. I paid over $6000 for the previous model and have no regrets whatsoever. It pairs with a “Q-Series” Samsung speaker (also on great sale at WOOT) to use BOTH the amazing built-in speakers AND the more-amazing sound bar with separate WIRELESS Bass and Rear speakers. It would be extremely hard to duplicate this experience even in a professionally-built home theatre or commercial one. It just doesn’t get better than this. This TV resolution is FOUR TIMES the resolution of a 4K set and up converts lower def signals to that level. If you can afford it, buy it - 85"!
