I love this vacuum. I’ve had it over a year and it does a great job. We have 2 large dogs and a cat and it keeps the majority of the pet hair picked up. I have it programmed to run every day. It doesn’t get everything like under the table because it doesn’t fit between my chair legs. It does fit under my couches. I use my Dyson once a week instead of every other day. You have to keep the filter clean but that’s pretty easy.
Don’t go near this vacuum or any Samsung vacuum. I bought this model 6 months ago. After 3 months it started scratching my floors, woot would not take it back and Samsung would not honor a warranty since Woot is not an authorized reseller. Worst customer support from Samsung. This is a terrible vacuum especially for the price point. Don’t waste your money and buy a Roomba.
