Very negative reviews on Amazon. Customer Service is the worst aspect of this product and many state they have sent theirs back multiple times to still not have a working device. Simply not acceptable on an extremely expensive version of a common technology with a ton of competition. I would not buy a refurbished version of this unless I enjoy dealing with sub-par customer service and buying from a company that clearly doesn’t support their customers well. Woot staff will take care of you, but you’ll be on your own after that window closes.

I seriously question fakespot’s methods. I have a book on AMZ and I KNOW the reviews are all real, and yet fakespot flagged some.
I bought this during a prior sale and also a roomba 850. The samsung has decent suction but craps out after 20 minutes and needs to dock. The roomba 850 has strong suction and runs forever - at least an hour. The samsung is better picking stuff up than my no longer used roomba 650 (which was weak), but the battery life is poor. The 850 is a winner, if these come back up for sale, I am grabbing another.
How do I get a squaretrade warranty with this?
Anyone know how these Samsung bot vacs compare to Neato bot vacs?
Looking at buying this new Neato vacuum that is half the price of this refurbished one and want to make sure I shouldn’t be considering Samsung instead:
Go Neato! I bought one here refurbed a few months ago and totally love it! Much better experience than my Roomba from years ago. I found the Neato to be very well reviewed when I researched it.
Love our Neato Botvac Connected, although get the newer one (Connected D7). It has the ability to create virtual walls not just with magnet strips but via the app. It totally could be added via firmware update to the Botvac Connected that we have but instead they made a new version that is identical in every way I can see but that.
