I am about to order one in the next few days and I will let you all know what’s the deal with these dents and scratches and if it’s worth it at all. The thought of having of having scratches is a big time deal breaker for me but I will give it a shot.
Thanks for making that feedback available. We’ll be eagerly awaiting the report of your experience.
I received my S6 about an hour ago. It looks in new condition. However, the screen is peeling up from two of the corners. I have contacted Woot for a replacement or return. This is more than a scratch or dent and will impact performance soon. I will try to update with the resolution.
I have received my S6 about 5 hours ago. It got to me in 3 days which was great, however it came with a broken charger. This wasn’t a big deal for me since i have many other chargers I can use. The phone itself looked great. No visible scratches, no dents, no flaws at all. The real problem came when I went to AT&T to get a smaller sim card. After the AT&T specialist installed the new card they just could not get the phone to work on anything other than 3G. After 15 min. of working on it and speed testing the at&t guys told me that the phone doesn’t support 4G LTE because it is an “international phone”. Such a bummer considering how great the phone looked.
Oh man, I’m really sorry to hear that. If you haven’t already, please use the Customer Service form to report the issue and receive assistance.
They may ask for photos of the damage, so have a few on hand. Let us know how it turns out!
Thanks for the advice. I took a couple of photos for reference. Woot has replied and said they have no more Verizon s6 in stock to contact samsung directly for a replacement. I have sent the rep a link to the 920p I bought asking for a replacement. They have graciously offered to let me buy a new phone and send this one back.
This exact scenario could have been me, except at T-Mobile. I was also told it is an international phone with 3G. There are also activation pop-ups that won’t go away or turn off. So disappointed, as I have purchased 3 Samsung S5’s from Woot with no problems.

After many emailes I was promised I would receive a tracking number for a replacement phone from some anonymous seller. Its been a week today and no tracking number nor phone. I am also having the same isdues as everyone else. This IS a locked phone. It has partial use on networks that are not sprint.
Woots customer service does more harm then good on this transaction.
It looks like i am going to have to call my bank today and issue a chargeback.
I’m very sorry for the frustration. Let me check in with CS for you.
So, I’m having the same issue with the S6 I received trying to activate it on T-Mobile. I can’t get anything beyond 3G, which is very frustrating as I had the same issue with a Note 5 from Woot just recently which I had to return… I shop on Woot frequently, and, I have to say, I’m disappointed - this will likely be the last phone I buy on Woot… on the bright side, customer service was great when I had to return the note 5, so I’m hoping to not have issues with the S6 as well… it’s a shame though…
I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had such bad luck with our phones. Please feel free to send me a private message if there’s ever anything I can do to help.
Well it seems that I am not the only one with this problem. The phone can only make calls when it tried to use my data is not connected to the internet and only connects in 3 g.
Yeah, you can’t make calls over the Internet unless you have a special device from your carrier.
I think you did not understand me, you can only use the phone to make calls but I can not use it for internet. Only work with wifi for use internet
Does your phone plan have a data plan? That would be needed.
If it does, check your settings. If it still doesn’t work, please use the Customer Service form for assistance.
I bought this phone when it was being sold and have had the same problems as the people above. I learned to live with the problem because I was in need of the phone. Just bought a new phone from woot the other day and I hope it works better.
