Does the Refurbished Frame TV ship from Samsung ? Was it refurbished by Samsung?

Ordered and didn’t receive the black bezel or the slim fit wall mount. Was this just an error since it says they are “included in the box”?

If you haven’t yet, please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS, not Woot.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

So 2 items are missing from what I ordered (SlimFit Wall Mount and Bezel) and customer service only gave the options of 1. $150 credit (for $220 worth of items) 2. return the item for refund or 3. wait for vendor to send a full replacement (even though the TV is fine and I just want the other items) and no clue how long that takes.

Not a great experience so far. All I want is the missing items!
