How do I get in contact with someone about my order I received that came without a power cable, stand, or remote. Worse part is that it’s an 82" that I hauled from my driveway to the living room. I would hate to haul it back to pack it up. It’s extremely heavy.
Go to your account history at the above link, click the “I need help” button next to that order, choose the relevant option and click continue. Follow any additional instructions on the next screen and CS will be on its way.
