HELP - I cannot checkout the SanDisk card because it’s supposedly not shipped to Oregon. But the product description does NOT say anything about that. Can you please fix it??

Still not fixed at 7 PM CT. Only 3 more hours before the 20% off on the app run out. Any recommendation what I should do? I’m trying to buy 2 of those (on the app with the 20% off) but cannot do anything at this point. Very sad. :frowning:

This is maybe a dumb question - I have a camera that requires at least “V30” (30 MB/s). I can look up the speeds and see that this card is faster than that, so it should work, right? Or is there some metadata on the card that has to specifically say “V30”? The last card I got for it was 160 MB/s, but still had the V30 logo on it.

I plugged in my cards to my card reader so that I can format them and one of them was definitely not new. It had someone’s Switch screenshots going back to 2024. I was able to see all their screenshots and saved movies from the different games they played. So the highlighted area claiming these are new and not used returns is clearly inaccurate.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Like many others, I orderd a 2 pack, and received only one. Frustrating, as it happened to many others, and the issue was never resolved!! Please send me my second card. Thank you!
