Darn! And I just bought a e260 as a present…I coulda spent $40 less!

If I didnt have an iPod nano, I’d buy this in a heartbeat.

This does not do video.

in for two…for the kids…

For that price, does it truly matter?

Does this work with Mac?

Yes it does, widescreen, with Rockbox.

Fuzzy though.

If you install Rockbox on it, it should be able to do video. i had an e260 or something like that, it was an e2*0. i put rockbox on it and it worked beautifully. i would imagin tthe experience would be similar here.

it works with RockBox.

I’d steer clear of this one… it got very poor reviews and is available for less on eBay.

Excellent unit. I’ve owned one for almost a year and I’m loving it. The only drawback is that is has a proprietary USB cable (not the normal mini-USB).

Other than that one minor detail, this is a great MP3 player.

I have this and overall it’s a great little mp3 player. The only downside is that everytime you turn it on you have to wait for it to “refresh database”. The memory and the micro sd slot more than make up fo this little issue though IMO.

I have one of these. I like it.

I’d say the worst feature is the proprietary port, instead of a mini USB. Best feature is the MicroSD expansion slot.

Bought one of the little refurbs on woot some time ago, and it’s by far the best MP3 player I own. It doesn’t do video, but does do pictures, so I can pull the microSD card out of my camera phone, and pop it into the sansa, and look at the pics on that tiny little screen. It’s a novelty at best, but a fun one and the battery seems to last forever. You can charge it with the Black and Decker Pocket Power units too!

It’s not an iPod but for $23, it’s less than an iPod power cord.

Wow. This is a pretty good deal. 2GB isn’t that much space, but it can be expanded with a MicroSD card!

mac compatible?
