Do these types of supplements carry any age restrictions? I’m in my late 60’s and have been involved in a semi serious fitness routine for the last year and a half. Would my age have any bearing on the effectiveness and safety on a product like this?

I am not a doctor, but I would not think so. It is just BCAAs, they help with recovery and will give you a little more energy during a workout (allegedly). BCAAs are just building block amino acids.

I’ve been using this product for years (and paying a lot more for it). Although fruit punch is not my favorite flavor, it’s not bad. The main reason I use this product is because it’s extremely low in carbohydrates. 1.5 grams per serving. So if you don’t mind the taste of sucralose this is fantastic stuff. No complaints at all. The energy factor that they promote is not overwhelming. No jitters. I add a scoop of creatine to it for best results :slight_smile:
