Their size choices are not the best. Now that I’ve lost 50 lb, I can fit into the 3xls that I bought from them in the past. In the meantime, I’ve been wearing 3XLs of pretty much everything else without any issues.

But I always did prefer the tall shirts since a lot of shirts tend to pull up on me.

Was thinking of buying, I really love the spirit of this shirt. But I am not really understanding the design choice of not making the earth actually look like earth instead of just a plain blue circle?

They were likely riffing off of the NASA logo.

Pre COVID I was around 320. Gained 50 during COVID. Used small bowls, didn’t sit around quite as much (Lord I still need to exercise though). Lost about 20. I was ‘encouraged’ to not gain beyond 350 because when I did, I could feel my back hurting.

I had been pre diabetic for a while. Finally talked to my doctor about the weight loss drugs. Basically it might be covered, but if have to go right watchers or something first. I held of. Eventually I got two measurements of 6 or higher which meant I was technically diabetic.

Enter mounjaro and a keto like diet. I buy bulk meats, mostly chicken and sausage, cook them on the grill and freeze them. Breakfast is either coffee (with flavored cream and stevia…I hate the taste of coffee) or Dunkin light refresher and breakfast wraps. Lunch is a small container of grapes, a clementine, a OWN smooth shake and a 20g zero sugar added chobani smoothie. And usually a sausage and a chickenh and veggies for dinner.

The mounjaro is the big thing. I’m rarely hungry. Sometimes I forget to eat. If I ‘snack’ it’s (usually) something small like a handful of mixed nuts or a couple tbsp peanut butter. If I eat ‘too much’ I feel almost stuffed. I’m hoping to break below 300, but I’ve kind of plateaued at around 305. Better than what I was though.
