This thing has a jagged piece of plastic dead center. I didn’t notice it until after my run and it had gouged my forehead.
I sent a message through the support page, but never got a response.
A couple of things to try to see if Woot has replied and you might have missed it:
- Check your spam filter/folder for a message from Woot. That happens a fair bit.
- Make sure the email address you’re checking matches the one on your Woot account, not necessarily your Amazon account if they’re different.
