I bought this about a month ago. The reviews definitely worried me but I’ve been very happy! It folds up so nicely, charges quickly, and is very light. It’s not great up hills but that’s not a very big concern for me.
I just got my two brand new scooters and they don’t charge or turn on green light on charger always never turns red.

I’ve contacted woot Via support form no answer after a day. now im calling. been on hold over 30 minutes. no one is on the line.
I’ve tried all trouble shooting steps most likely battery is dead from sitting too long.

Okay i’ve also called and waited on hold for 30 minutes no one is there.
I sent a note to CS to ask about that.
They sent the replacements which work fine but they want the old ones back and They “will NOT” take the item. Even by pickup. Went to the UPS store and they said they could not you would have to get hazmat to come pick them up because of the battery.
I contacted woot via email and all they reply with is something about oh you want us to come pick it up we need a date and time… What is this.
CS has sent the HAZMAT labels needed for these due to the battery.
CS is asking if you want us to schedule a UPS pick-up for you.
Again, I drove to ups and asked them about the battery issues and how it’s smelling and they said the stuff coming out of it. They said they will not take them HAZMAT not ups has to come pick them up if you really want them back.
