I have a pair of mm somethings. The 2 biggest disappointments are the lack of bass and nanny volume control they put on it so you can’t listen to it loud. The ones I have are over the head headphones with leather ear pieces, and a removable battery, so they aren’t the same, but I imagine while perhaps equally detailed in the quality of sound, the bass would still be lacking. I wonder if Sennheiser has allowed people to listen to music at higher volumes with this headset or if they still freeze the volume increase in the moderate range.

Aw man, wish it were BT 4.1

Just a thought: Perhaps you can’t hear the bass because you have been ignoring all those pesky “nanny” warnings about too loud sound killing you hearing?

As a guy who spent 30 years in radio, I tell you it is true. I never blasted my ears and my peers in the biz all have hearing aids…except me. “just sayin’”

will this work with the ps4?

I have a set of these headphones and they sound great! IMHO, they are worth the $85 cost ($80 + $5 shipping). Please note that a Sennheiser warranty for a refurbished product is typically 90 days. New products are warrantied for 2 years. Can a Woot! representative comment on this, please?

See URL: for Sennheiser’s specs for these headphones.

These are NEW headphones with a 2 year warranty.

The lowest recorded price on amazon is 112. Now that won’t include lightning deals, but 85 seems like a pretty decent price. They are probably discontinuing this.

I have a set of these and find them adequate at best.
My major complaint is that their range is very limited, I get about 10 foot away and they start breaking up. (BT should be 33’ range)

2nd complaint is there is a very very high buzz in the background somewhere in the 13-14 kHz range.

Likes, they are very comfortable to have on all day long, however they seem to only last around 6-8 hrs of playback b/4 needing more juice.

For 80$ I would pass on if I had the choice to do so again.
My favorite pair to date were the RocketFish RF-MAB2, best 29.99 I ever spent to bad they don’t make them anymore.

Roomba headphones!
