Are these carabiners rated for climbing?

These are rated for 24kN which is more than enough for climbing. Though some will be missing the rating printed on the carabiners.

Are these UL listed to meet NFPA 1938 life safety rescue equipment standards?
While true, the ones I received are clearly marked “not rated for climbing.”

They are clearly marked not for climbing however this is not shown in any of the pictures or specifications
