My order came without the rear long axle. I guess that’s they way they fixed this issue of falling off.. Or the small hole in the bottom of the package to fit through that their QA didn’t see. Now waiting on serenelife to honor a warranty…which they won’t because its a Woot, and not an Amazon purchase. Unacceptable since it literally came from Amazon. It has happened in the past, still wonder why I order from here.

This item did not come with a SereneLife warranty. It came with a 90-day Woot warranty. Details in the listing.

And yet another Wooter’s experience shows Serene life will extend a warranty that they claim not to offer on a Woot-purchased product?

Someone must’ve farted, because I think we’re hearing some crap out of Serene Life. :poop:
