If you haven’t tried these before, they are worth every penny. The white balsamic in particular is wonderful as a base for salad dressings. I’d be in if I hadn’t bought 3 bottles last time it was offered.
Hi there,
Thank you for your comment. I wasn’t sure what to think of these; very pleased to hear you think so highly of them.
I’m curious however-you mentioned the white balsamic vinegar as being tops, perhaps tastier, in this case, than the dark balsamic.
Granted, opinions are opinions, and we all have them
but I’m curious why one might choose the white over the dark. Truth is, I didn’t even know there was a white balsamic vinegar out there.
I’m likely to buy both-but again, what is it about the white vinegar that appeals to you so much?
Please do share.
Either way, both sound absolutely delicious!
Thanks! ![]()
I just have a lot more options available to me for high quality regular balsamic vinegars. Theirs is excellent, but the white balsamic is both excellent and not as easy to find.
Milder in flavor than traditional balsamic and it doesn’t change the color of sauces, marinades, and glazes. Adds a wonderful brightness that you really can’t duplicate with other vinegars. If you haven’t ever tried one, it’s worth grabbing a bottle and seeing if it’s something you would want to add to your pantry.
