Husband’s “Bugs on Cabbages” delivered yesterday. Didn’t even have to spread everything out for photo because it was such a tiny box. Disappointment achieved! But we’ll still keep buying them because we love to gamble.

I’m kinda regretting my generous actions as to what I left with the house. The couple did their final walkthrough this morning and the wife started in demanding that I remove the downstairs freezer and refridge/freezer. Funny how they never told me, my agent or their agent that one.
I decided to not take the demand seriously as they would have had to walk away from their deposit on the house when removing it themselves was nothing compared to the ninding fee.
I noticed though that they were not at the closing when I was. I suspect their lawyer told them a different time. Fun, huh?
Of course atm I am temporarily homeless…

I had a difficult closing for the house in Washington state. New homeowner kept asking for more and more. Then he asked for another inspection the day before closing. My realtor talked off the cliff.
I’ve never had a closing at the same time as the other party.

Last tine I moved… 37 years ago, we closed on the old home and on the new on the same day. That was convenient.

There may be some merit to that. She loves to get into the regular-sized BOC boxes,
and she even fit herself into the “baby” BOC box they introduced last year.
But this Birthday Box? She didn’t even try to stick a single paw into it.
