Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum

Bit awkward thing to ask, but what exactly are you grabbing in this picture? :eyes:

Between Shark and Ninja (Same brand) I own a coffee machine, an immersion blender, vacuum cleaner, and probably a few other products I’m forgetting. Only the coffee machine is less than three years old, and it all works like the day it was new.

I’d love to upgrade to a less-than-eight year old vacuum just because I like new things with shiny newer features, but it will not quit.

I start every small appliance search with ā€œDoes SharkNinja make something in this areaā€ now.

Sorry you got a bum item but that’s just what it was.

Anyone know if this is the av2001 variant with the self cleaning brush roll or the rv2001 without it?

I was wondering that too.

I just got this vacuum in the mail today and it was DOA. Have an error that’s not even listed: flashing green, red, and (!). It would move off the base about 1ft, stop, and then chime. The app also just showed the error (!), but did not list the problem.

Plan to return it.

You might try giving it a full overnight charge before giving up on it. Batteries are often shipped drained for safety.

Don’t buy it, it’s refurbished and it sucks in the not-so-literal vacuum sense. It worked for about 2 days and then stopped working. I contacted SharkRobot for assistance, they did some troubleshooting with me for about 30 minutes and said it had indeed failed and needed to be returned, and since it was a refurbished item they gave me a phone number to call, which is the same number that was on the yellow card that came with the item. I have been calling for 4 weeks now, but no one has answered the phone, I have left messages and no one calls back. It’s their way to get past the 30 days and then you are stuck with a doorstop. Don’t do it, don’t buy it, I do not recommend it, at least not a refurbished one, it’s a scam.

Nope, no good. Well, the item might be good, but mine failed after 2 days. What’s no good is the customer service for refurbished items. I have been calling for 4 weeks now and no one answers the phone at the number provided, and they don’t return messages. Now I am past the 30-day window from Woot and have myself an odd-looking and rather large paperweight or door stop…don’t buy one.

Yeah good luck with the return. Mine worked for 2 days then died. I have been trying for 4 weeks to get a response from the phone number supplied, no one answers and they don’t return messages either. Can’t return it with out and RMA from them, so now I guess we are stuck with an expensive paperweight or doorstop.

Sorry for the problems. Not sure who you’re calling but our CS phones aren’t active at this time.

I want to add: I contacted Woot and they sent me a replacement and the replacement has been working just fine. So far, the vacuum seems to work as intended.
I have some issues with the app, and the vacuum often ignores it’s map and goes out of boundary. However, looking at reviews elsewhere, the issues I have are common and not related to the unit being a refurb.
