Re-posting this here, as I originally posted message under the February 4th sale. Woot resolved the issue after I emailed CS, same-day & in lightening-fast fashion, and I truly appreciate everything:

I purchased a refurb ‘Shark Garment Care System’ last time it was offered on January 20, 2015–very excited about this, as my dear Dad has been asking about just such a ‘creature.’

Mine arrived lightening-fast, in 3 days, but was missing a couple of key components–one being essential: the ‘small steam bonnett frame,’ which is supposed to be assembled to the unit when you receive it; also missing was the accessory ‘delicate steam bonnett.’

Am writing this, however, mainly because the Woot ‘Specs’ state:

Four Velcro Clips

Only two velco clips accompany the Shark, as described & depicted in the manual–and I did receive two velcro clips. So if you have ordered this critter, just a heads-up that you haven’t been shorted.

I am disappointed that I will need to return mine, but hope it can be remedied–looks like it will do a nice job. Thanks, Woot.
