Was there literally only one of these for sale as part of the deal? If you look at the stats, the first wooter is the same as the last wooter, 100% of sales happened in the same hour, and all sales happened in the same state? Is that really how this works?

When it comes to Clearance items, yes, there can be a HIGHLY limited quantity of whatever the product is.
Many products don’t just have 1 available though.
