One of the biggest wastes of money I have ever spent. 4 uses and it stopped working. I bought this for full price at bed, bath & beyond. Steam built up but it was clogged somewhere. Shark customer service was a non English speaking kid who required us to go through a series of tests before allowing us to return it. A refurb arrived 3 weeks later and that one failed after about half a dozen uses. The steam holes are so tiny, I cannot imagine what would get stuck. The attachments never got blocked where one would think it would before the actual unit. I would never, ever buy another.
