Shark R-IW3511 Auto-Empty Cordless Vacuum

Shark R-IW3511 Auto-Empty Cordless Vacuum

Mine seems to work but is absolutely not “factory reconditioned” as it states. It’s just a used vacuum tossed loose in a box with zero packing material of any kind.

The container had dirt in it and wasn’t even emptied. A bunch of nasty food crumbs fell out of the end when I picked it up, and there was an unknown white powder on the extension tube.

I cleaned it up a little and am charging the vacuum to test it, will still keep it if it works fine but they really shouldn’t call it refurbished if they aren’t going to at least empty it out.

Not factory reconditioned like the listing stated. The vacuum is super dirty, has a smell, and is missing an attachment. Whoever had this before it was “factory reconditioned used it on glitter. I have glitter all over my kitchen now. Also it wasn’t like it was barely used before because the filters in it are really nasty. Really disappointed on woot for this.

I’m very sorry about the condition. Make sure you reach out to customer service.

I’ve also sent a note to our team.
