I have one and it really sucks. And I mean that in the best way possible. Very, very good suction. Forget your old Dyson, I sure have, this is the way to go.

And as far as it being refurbished. When you receive your Shark Rotator, unless you know it was refurbished, you wouldn’t know it was refurbished.

Highly recommended.

We’ve had a Shark Navigator (NV352 I think?) for a few years now and have been happy with it. Has anyone gone from the Navigator up to these Rotator models? What are your thoughts?

we bought this model from bed bath and beyond and it would randomly shock you as you vacuum. found out though google that is was a none defect of this model. we took it back and got another brand.

I highly agree. I bought one and it has been nothing short of great - especially at half the price of a new one with a 180-day factory warranty to go with it.

It’s really easy to put together, and simple to use. Likewise, the suction is great whether you use the hose or use the traditional vacuum.

I also highly recommend this.
