Is this unit OK for Hard Wood Floors??

When buying an extended warranty, do I use the purchase price or the original sale price of the item?
Received mine missing some parts, don’t really want to return given it is sold out now, is there a way to contact the refurbisher to get that sorted, or is that shark directly?

Ask customer service to request the missing parts or a replacement. State that you do not wat a refund. Be specific about what you’re missing.

Mine was missing the order neutralizor. Is that what was missing from others?
Mine was missing the float leaver for the waste tank, woot is shipping a new unit. I did mention the odor neutralizer on the new post for this - I didn’t think this model is equipped with it if you read the manual
This unit is okay for the dumpster, so metal floors.
Yall should be more proactive on this junk, and auto refund all buyers, as the batteries are 4+ years old and many are dead on arrival, doesn’t leave a good impression when you sell junk like this and make everyone go through the hassle of calling and then returning it.
Where did you find the battery age?
