Please do not buy this TV. I bought the 65" flavor of this exact model and had major problems. Basically the TV is known by major retailers to be defective. I had issues with ‘clouding’ (large bright patches appearing on the screen where the backlights bleed through the screen layers). Horrible in dark scenes and dark rooms. The actual manufacturer is Hisense, not Sharp. Their customer service is lacking to say the least. Additionally, the retailer I bought mine from was well aware of the defect (it was flagged in their system) which tells me it is not an isolated issue, please do yourself a favor and buy another brand. And the manufacturer’s warranty? They told me they’d send me a refurb (used) of unknown brand to replace my brand new TV.
Great TV but Costco has it new with 2 year warranty at the same price.
Do you have a link for that? I’d love to be able to pass that info on to my vendor team.
